Walk & Talk Consultation – $175 – In our Walk & Talk Staging Consultation, we will meet at the sidewalk & make your notes as we walk thru the house using those buyer’s eyes to view.
Staging Consultation w/Report – Starts at $240 – In this consultation we will discuss your goals & expectations and how to receive the maximum return on investment on your budget. After reviewing our home staging process, we will walk & talk our way through the home as a buyer would and gather those all-important first impressions – identifying the potential negative issues that will need to be addressed as well as the positive features/focal points that we can accentuate. We will do some hands on staging as time permits!
If you love to “do it yourself” then this is for you! At the end of our 2 hour journey through your home taking photos and notes, I will prepare a detailed Report for you with my suggestions of what should be done to the home to dress it for the market. This may include suggestions for paint, furniture layout, de-cluttering, etc. You can do as little or as much as you desire – on your time-frame!
Occupied Home Staging – This service is for those owner occupied homes that just need some extra attention prior to being photographed for the MLS listing! Using ‘what you have’ I will make ready for those all important photographs for MLS listing! You will be amazed at the difference staging can make in bringing you the highest price for your home!
The price of staging is less than the reduction in sale price!
Vacant Home Staging – Please call for a vacant quote. The staging fee depends on several things such as square footage & price point of home as well as floor layout & number of rooms to be staged for the listing. On staging day we will dress up the three main living areas of the home – living room, master bedroom & dining room with vignettes for kitchen & baths! I will walk you through the process so there will be no surprises at the end of the day! That bare empty cold house will be turned into that fantastic warm inviting home for that buyer!

Redesign – $95 p/hour – Happy with your home but not a particular room? This is where redesigning comes into the picture. I would be happy to help you get that room – i.e. master bedroom, living room, etc – to look as you desire! From selecting paint color, furniture, accessories or just working with what you have to create your dream room, you will be amazed at what can be accomplished on your Budget!
