Occupied Stagings Before & After

Occupied Home Staging Success Story!

I love occupied home consultations! These homeowners understood the importance of following their “homework” and they had pending sale in a snap! Mostly packing up extra stuff is sometimes enough but not in this case. We flipped the master bed around to center on the wall it is now on, moved the metal trays over the bed for art & opened up the drapes.  Really made a difference in this room.

Check out the difference in this beautiful property I had the pleasure of preparing an occupied consultation on. I am so proud of the homeowners who took in every suggestion I gave them! They moved furniture, decluttered & painted! After a couple months of cosmetics  this house is ready to become someone’s forever home!

We selected Sherwin Williams  6105 Divine White for living, entry, dining, hallway & master bath.  SW 6106 Kilim Beige for kitchen, tv room, master & all bedrooms including office.

Living Room Before Consultation Report

Same room after Homeowner did his Homework from Consultation Report “To Do List” of what I saw as needing to be done to dress their house for MLS photos & to attract that homebuyer! It is that easy. SOLD in a snap!
